What I can say Leander? Really touched by the video. I do not deserve that kind of tribute really. It's really you and everyone here in 6pack that made it happen. I just happen to be at the right place and time.
My first tournament together with SRC was LFS in 2003. We got plate champions only. That was my first club-level tournament experience and I was awed by the playing standard of wanderers and the other teams.
I still remember messaging you, Leander, even though I did not even know you well, to start a mixed team. But timing was bad and nothing happened. A year later I tried messaging you again. This time, you took the bait =) That was the tipping point. With your passion for the game and leadership, everything falls into place. You know the story that follows.
Thank you and all for the friendship on and off the field, medals and not forgetting free Indon Chips from you.
I am glad that everyone is stepping up and taking ownership of the team! Lets help Leander and the team grow by taking up roles and responsibilities that you think you can excel in. I was probably only good at dumping. So I'll just keep dumping and dumping (you notice that on the video)... On a last note, always remember its not how good you are, but how good you want to be. So how good do you want 6pack to be?
