Instructions for cutting video

I've evaluated a few sharewares for cutting videos and this is by far the easiest one to use.

1)Goto http://www.avi-converter.net/avi_mpeg_rm_wmv_splitter.html
2)Click on the download button to download the installer.
3)Installation and running the shareware should be pretty straight forward.
4)Once the program is started, click on the open button to open the video that you want to cut from.
5)Use the preview pane to go to the start of the action that you want to cut and take note of the timing. Do the same thing to find out the end.
6)Click on split by selection
7)Click on Split to save the selected clip.
8)Alternatively, you may use the curly bracket to indicate the start and end.

Note that the shareware will self destruct in 60 days and the maximum length that you can crop is 2 mins of clip. I do not think you will go beyond the limit.

Please send your clips to me by 31 Oct 2006! Really need everyone's help cos this will help to speed up the production process.
